THE MYTV WWE INSIDE PASS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  Many kids will enter the Sweepstakes but only a few kids will win a prize.
  1. The Sponsors of this Sweepstakes are Media General Operations, Inc. (which operates the television station known as MYTV or WSAV 3.2), World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (which is also called “WWE") and SUBWAY® FAF Market 114-0. This Sweepstakes is open to kids who are between 6 and 12 years old and who live in South Carolina or Georgia and who have their parent or guardian’s signed permission to enter.
  1. Sweepstakes starts on February 9, 2009 and ends on March 2, 2009.   Only one (1) person in your home can enter this Sweepstakes.  In order for you to be included in the Sweepstakes, MYTV/WSAV must receive your entry form no later than March 2, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”).  Drawing to pick the Winners will take place on March 3, 2009 or shortly afterwards.  We will announce the winners on or about March 5, 2009.
  1. By entering the Sweepstakes, you and your parent or guardian agree that these Rules apply to you.  These are important and there are restrictions on your participation so you should read all of these Rules carefully. If you do not understand something in these Rules, you should ask a parent or teacher to explain it to you.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Not everyone can this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is only open to kids who live in South Carolina or Georgia and who are between 6 and 12 years old, and who have a parent or guardian’s signed permission to enter the Sweepstakes.
  1. Also, you are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes if anyone in your immediate family (which means mother, father, sisters and brothers) works for MYTV/WSAV 3.2, WWE, SFAFT, DAI or SUBWAY® restaurants. 

PRIZES

  • The chance that you will win a prize depends on how many entries are received.  Many will enter, but only a few will win.
  1. Grand Prize (1):  This prize consists of four (4) ringside tickets and access to a brief VIP Meet & Greet with some of the WWE Superstars before the WWE RAW & ECW Road to Wrestlemania 25 at the Savannah Civic Center on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 4:30PM, one (1) WWE promotional item prize pack that contains items such as Tee Shirt, Hat, WWE Kids Magazine, and a $25.00 SUBWAY® card. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $465.
  1. Secondary Winners (2): These prizes consist of four (4) General Admission tickets to the WWE RAW & ECW Road to Wrestlemania 25 at the Savannah Civic Center on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 5:00PM, one (1) WWE promotional item or souvenir (such as a Superstar hat and WWE Kids Magazine), and a $25.00 SUBWAY® card.  The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $265.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

  • All details of all prizes are at our sole discretion. The Sponsors cannot make promises about the duration of the VIP Meet & Greet or which WWE Superstars will be available.  All prizes are being provided to you “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of any kind by Sponsors.  Merchandise prizes do not have any warranty except for manufacturers’ warranties (if any).  Sponsors have not made any promises to you about these Prizes other than what is actually stated in these Rules.
  1. You are responsible for any charges that are not specifically listed above in the prize description, such as transportation, hotel accommodations, food, drinks, souvenirs, and any taxes that may be associated with your prize.  Any part of your prize that you do not use will be given up and you will not be entitled to any substitute prize or money.  
  1. You may not transfer or change your prize or exchange it for cash except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if we believe it is necessary, for example, if the original prize is no longer available. 
  1. Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by an adult at VIP Meet & Greet and must arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. or will not be permitted to attend the Meet & Greet.  All winners must be accompanied by an adult to the WWE RAW & ECW Road to Wrestlemania 25.  Anyone who acts in a disruptive way or violates the rules of the Savannah Civic Center will be required to leave the event and will lose the Prize.
  1. Winners’ use of the SUBWAY® card may also be limited by restrictions imposed by the SUBWAY® restaurants.

TO ENTER

  • You can submit your entries into the Sweepstakes starting on Monday February 9, 2009 and ending Monday, March 2, 2009 (“Entry Period”). Only one person in your home can enter the Sweepstakes and that person can only enter the Sweepstakes one time.  Any mailing envelope can only contain one entry.
  1. To enter the Sweepstakes, pick up an Official Entry Form at a participating SUBWAY® restaurant and complete the form according to its instructions or send us a letter with the following required information: (a) your name, (b) your address, (c) your telephone number, (d) your date of birth; (e) your parent or guardian’s e-mail address; and (e) your parent or guardian’s signed permission.  Put your completed Official Entry Form or letter in an envelope with enough postage and either mail it to the “MYTV WWE Inside Pass Sweepstakes,” c/o MYTV/WSAV 3.2, 1430 E. Victory Drive, Savannah, GA 31404 or you can drop it off at the same address.  All entries become the property of Sponsors and they will not be returned to you.
  1. To be included in the Sweepstakes drawing, your entry must be received by MYTV/WSAV no later than March 2, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. EST, whether you mailed it or dropped it off.  If your entry form is not complete or is not readable, your entry will not be included in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or incomplete entries or for any entries that for any reason are not received by MYTV/WSAV by March 2, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

PRIZE DRAWING

  • On March 3, 2009 or shortly afterwards, Sponsors will randomly pick three (3) entries from all the entries that were received on time.  The first person whose name is picked will be the potential Grand Prize Winner and the other two (2) persons will be the potential Secondary Prize Winners.  However, no entrant will be an official winner until Sponsors confirm that he or she has satisfied all Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • As soon as possible after the drawing, Sponsors will telephone the parents or guardians whose names are on the entry forms that were drawn, using the phone number on the entry forms.  Sponsors may ask those parents or guardians to provide a picture ID showing their names and addresses.  They also may be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms, and a liability release.  If their parents or guardians give permission, the confirmed winners’ names may be posted on the WSAV website, www.wsav.com.
  1. A potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit the prize if any of the following happens: (a) if Sponsors cannot reach a parent or guardian directly after trying for two (2) days, (b) if the potential winner or his or her parent or guardian does not satisfy any requirement in these Rules, (c) if the potential winner refuses to accept the prize, or (d) if the potential winner is determined to be ineligible for any other reason.  If any potential winner is disqualified, Sponsors will pick an alternate winner at random from the remaining entries. Alternate winners must satisfy all requirements of these Rules.  In the event that Sponsors are unable to verify an eligible winner for any prize after one (1) alternate drawing, no further drawings for that prize will be conducted and that prize will not be awarded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • All kids who enter this Sweepstakes, and their parents and/or legal guardians, agree that the Sponsors and various related people or companies (including Media General Operations, Inc., MYTV/WSAV 3.2, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. and Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust Ltd, and Doctor’s Associates, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents) are released from all liability related to this Sweepstakes and Prizes

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Sponsors have the right to terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if they determine in their discretion that the fairness or operation of this Sweepstakes has been damaged by any cause beyond Sponsors’ control.  In that event, Sponsors will pick the winners at random from all entries received before the termination or suspension that the Sponsors do not believe have been affected by the event causing termination.
  1. Sponsors may prohibit you from participating in this Sweepstakes if they determine (in their discretion) that (a) you have tried to tamper with the Sweepstakes; (b) you have tried to cheat; (c) you have acted in any unfair way; (d) you have tried to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors; or (c) you have acted in any other disruptive manner.  If Sponsors fails to enforce any of these Rules in any situation, that does not mean that Sponsor has waived or will not enforce the Rules with respect to you.
  1. Sponsors have the right to fix mistakes in these Rules or any other Sweepstakes-related materials.  No more than three (3) prizes will be awarded.  If errors or problems result in more than three (3) people claiming prizes, Sponsors will award only three (3) prizes by picking the Winners randomly from all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

DISPUTES

    • By entering the Sweepstakes, kids and their parents or legal guardians agree that (a) any disputes or claims that relate to the Sweepstakes, these Rules or the Prizes will be resolved without any class actions of any kind; (b) any claims, judgments or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but will not include attorneys' fees; and (c) no person will be allowed to claim or receive any punitive, incidental or consequential, or multiplied damages. Entrants and their parents or legal guardians agree to waive any claims for such damages.  All issues relating to this Sweepstakes, these Rules or the Prizes will be decided under Georgia law and any court actions will only be brought in the federal or state courts in Chatham County, Georgia and nowhere else.  Entrants and their parents or legal guardians consent to jurisdiction in Chatham County, Georgia.  If any of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, these Rules will otherwise still apply and they will be interpreted as if the invalid or unenforceable rule were not included.
